2. Evaluate the technical feasibility of customer needs, combine the company's production process, equipment capabilities and cost budget, provide customers with professional opinions and suggestions, and determine the preliminary framework of the customized solution.
Design and development
1. Based on the solution framework confirmed by the customer, a professional design team uses advanced CAD/CAM and other design software to carry out detailed design of the product and provide 2D/3D design drawings for customer review.
2. During the design process, maintain close communication with customers, modify the design in a timely manner according to customer feedback, and ensure that the design plan fully meets customer expectations.
3. Design and develop molds for the design plan (if applicable), select high-quality mold materials, and use precision processing technology to ensure the accuracy, durability and efficient production performance of the mold.
Material procurement and inspection
1. Based on the design requirements of customized products, the procurement department strictly screens raw material suppliers that meet quality standards and environmental protection requirements, and purchases high-quality plastic raw materials, packaging materials, new energy special auxiliary materials, etc.
2. Strict factory inspection is carried out on the purchased raw materials, including physical property testing, chemical composition analysis, appearance quality inspection, etc., to ensure that the quality of raw materials is qualified and unqualified materials are prevented from entering the production link.
Manufacturing and quality control
1. According to the customized production process and operation process, experienced technical workers are arranged to manufacture products on advanced production equipment. During the production process, the quality management system is strictly implemented, and each process is quality controlled.
2.
